You get really angry sometimes, you don't know what happens, but you know you have to make changes
Anger Management
Small Steps are Steps
Congrats on taking the first step and looking for some help with your anger. I offer support for people dealing with anger management issues. I am a psycho-spiritual counselor who understands the complexities of anger and the impact it can have on your life and those around you.
I have Been a Very Angry Man. I have done the work
I have had to personally learn how to not only manage my anger, but learn to befriend and transform it. By understanding and befriending my anger, I have been able to revitalize my life. I know myself better and have made changes so that I can accept parts of my life that I was fighting against. I have learned how to bring peace to my life and help create a safer environment where I can live a full life and my partner and my children can feel safe and prosper.
How I can help
As a psycho-spiritual counselor, I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your emotions and develop healthy coping mechanisms to manage your anger. My approach is tailored to your unique needs and we will work collaboratively to develop a plan that fits your goals.
I offer a range of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based treatments, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I am a skilled therapist and I specialize in helping individuals understand the root causes of their anger and work to address underlying issues.
I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, which includes incorporating spiritual and mindfulness practices, physical exercise, and healthy lifestyle choices. My goal is to help you develop the tools and skills you need to manage your anger in a healthy and sustainable way. I want you to be able to understand where your anger is coming from, work on coming to terms with its root cause and allow you to create a life where you are thriving, not just constantly picking up the pieces after your anger explodes.
If you're ready to take the first step in managing your anger and improving your overall well-being, let’s schedule a consultation. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards healing, growth and joy.
